A very attractive hardback, with a real quality feel to the pages. It is set up with a very informative contents page listing everything from pheasant, right the way through the spectrum to fish and wildfowl. It also includes useful additions such as, where to buy, seasons and conversion tables, all very useful for the novice and, I admit, the experienced cook alike.

It is a lovely book, its cover, shape, print and numerous stunning photographs make it a cookbook of great quality, and the recipe content matches up to the appearance. It will be a real boon for all of us who eat game and fish.
