  • There may be occasions when a book you have ordered has gone out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund or advise a new delivery date.

Postage and Packaging

Within the UK

  • For orders below the value of £10.00 we charge a flat rate of £2.00 per order.
  • For orders above the value of £10.00, we charge a flat rate of £3.50 per order.

Outside of the UK

Shipping and Delivery

UK orders

Orders are dispatched from our distributor, Grantham Book Services, and occasionally from our office, via Royal Mail. Goods are dispatched within five working days of receipt of your order, and often sooner. If your order is heavier than 2kgs then it will be sent by courier.

Outside of the UK

Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International Economy or by courier. Delivery times can vary, particularly during peak seasons. As a guide, please allow:

  • Within Europe: up to two weeks
  • Within the US: from four to six weeks
  • Australia and New Zealand: up to eight weeks

Returns and Replacements

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to return an item to us and offer a returns policy on the condition that:

  • The books are returned in the same condition as when received.
  • The books are returned in their original — or suitable other — packaging.
  • The books are returned within 14 days of receipt.

If the above conditions are met, then we will offer you a replacement item or refund. Your delivery costs will also be reimbursed if the fault is ours.
