Please note, we are not currently processing orders from outside of the UK due to ongoing shipping complications.

Orders

• Orders may be placed via our secure website, by telephone, or by post.
• All transactions are in Pound Sterling.
• Please make cheques payable to Quiller Publishing Ltd.
• There may be occasions when a book you have ordered has gone out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund or advise a new delivery date.

Postage and Packaging

• For orders below the value of £10.00 we charge a flat rate of £2.00 per order.
• For orders above the value of £10.00, we charge a flat rate of £3.50 per order.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our distributor, Grantham Book Services, via Royal Mail. Goods are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of your order. If your order is heavier than 2kg, then it will be sent by courier.

Returns and Replacements

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to return an item to us and offer a returns policy on the condition that:

• The books are returned in the same condition as when received.
• The books are returned in their original — or suitable other — packaging.
• The books are returned within 14 days of receipt.

If the above conditions are met, then we will offer you a replacement item or refund. Your delivery costs will also be reimbursed if the fault is ours.
